There is lots written about the importance of individual, long term, learning, transfer and application (without each key element training has little individual and organization performance improvement impact – the strategic reason for critical, must know information training)
There are two absolutes in long term learning, transfer and application: Both include personalization and are optimized in a blended learning environment.
(2) Differential Reinforcement
There are other research proven learning methodology components, that when included in your learning design and delivery, additionally advance learning’s individual transfer.
The ideal participant learning and learning transfer scenario, for optimized individual learning and learning transfer outcomes, is a one-to-one, blended, personalized approach, with individualized reinforcement, over time.
This can be accomplished by individualizing the content and delivery, or by including personalization into learning technology.
