Is Learning Strategically Important?
Do you have a strategic business objective?
If your strategic business objective was met, at 100%, what is the projected business impact, annually, in dollars?
Learning: Are you less than 100% to goal, with this objective?
How much money are you spending, annually, trying to meet this specific, strategic, business objective?
How much money is being lost, annually, by this strategic objective not being met?
Do you have information, that if were appropriately applied, would get you closer to your defined strategic goal?
Do you have difficulty individually transferring this information to all of your strategic participants for appropriate application?
Do you have issues with changing individual behaviors?
Is it difficult for you to tie your individual performance improvement efforts to your strategic business objectives and reflect to stakeholders the business impact?
If so, rest assured, you are not alone.
What if you could assess individual learning gaps in advance of a strategic initiative?
What if you could specifically focus on individual, strategic, learning gaps?
What if your critical, strategic, information could be learned to individual fluency, in the shortest amount of time?
What if you could ensure individual, appropriate, strategic, information application, over time?
What if you were able to change individual, strategic, behaviors?
What if you could meet your strategic objective in the shortest time possible?

Would this make a strategic difference?
My opinion is that without individual learning to fluency, which includes mastering all of these essential components, strategic goals will not be ensured. I also feel that if individual learning is bettered, individual outcomes will be bettered.
