At the end of two weeks, participants in a critical training event, with no ongoing information reinforcement, will recall 28% of the information.

Step 1:

This is usually accomplished through a lecture, a power point presentation, a word document, an instructional video or an audio presentation. This is the first step to achieve mastery.

Step 2:

This is much more challenging:

We all understand that to reach our second collective goal, above, we need individual reinforcement over time.

This traditionally, is not part of the training, or is shifted to the participant, or the participant’s manager, with mixed success.
