If our goal is individual, long term, learning, of critical, must know, information:

Where individual, long term, critical must know learning, = Appropriate, Professionally Facilitated: initial understanding, ongoing reinforcement, fluency/mastery, recall (eliminating forgetting), application, stick/behavior change, adaptive reasoning skills, in the most effective and most efficient way possible

And we agree that advanced, individual, long term learning, transfers to advanced, individual, performance improvement, consistent with defined, strategic, individual and organization objectives

The individual training (coached, learning, over time) and implementation (coached, individual, application, over time) process must be integrated over time

Performance support is what we call the facilitated interaction over time to ensure behavior change and adaptive reasoning skills (ability to individually, consistently and correctly apply information to new situations to advance individual performance)

Now that web based, instructor facilitated, truly personalized learning and reinforcement technology is available, we are effectively and efficiently able to transfer learning and application by integrating performance support, resulting in advanced individual performance improvement outcomes.
