A very interesting graphic/whitepaper, with very interesting statistics regarding organizations that are effective with change management initiatives vs. organizations that are not very effective with change management initiatives.
The one missing essential ingredient that will ensure change management (individual behavior change), is coached, individual reinforcement, over time
