A. How the real world solves problems:

1. Proactively look for problems, 2. Accurately identify the problem, 3. Accurately discuss the problem, 4. Create a proven solution to the actual problem, 4. Correctly, consistently and collectively implement the correct proven solution, to the actual problem, 5. Hold all stakeholders accountable, 6. Measure the success/failure of the solution as it solves the original correct problem. 7. Recognize success 8. Punish failure

B. Here’s how teaching solves problems:

1. Create a problem, 2. Ignore problem 3. Reactively present non-solutions’ to identified problem. 4.Correctly/Incorrectly implement the wrong solutions 5. Incorrectly implement and/or ignore implementing the right solution(s), 6. Distract, deny, deflect, defend, project, simpleton naysay, hand wring the problem that remains. 7. Incorrectly pursue non-fixes that simply increase the public’s cost per student, like more money, higher teacher salaries, reducing class sizes, buildings and grounds, 8. Distract, deny, deflect, defend, project, simpleton naysay, hand wring the problem that remains, while presenting other problems that are subsets of the original problem.

A. Fixes the actual problem and thrives, providing real added value to society. They have a future.

B. Never fixes the problem, loses credibility, loses respect, loses students, loses funding, loses jobs and continues to provide negative value add to society (see attached). They have no future because they collectively made the decision to self-destruct

Imagine choosing to support B over A. I can’t.
