The rapid pace of business has changed how we build a knowledgeable workforce. Technology-based learning provides the tools to support their new needs. There is no longer a fixed and predictable way to design and deliver learning. Instructional designers continue to identify and utilize technologies in innovative ways to maximize the impact of both learning content and delivery.
